The Flash Season 7 Is The Last On Grant Gustin’s Contract With The CW

It’s been revealed by Grant Gustin himself that his contract with The CW ends with The Flash Season 7, which means it might be his last season.

Gustin appeared recently on Michael Rosenbaum’s brilliant podcast, Inside of You.

During his interview, the actor revealed that his contract with The CW for The Flash will be up after Season 7.

He’s been a huge part of the show, and it would be very strange to see it continue without him.

However, during his conversation with Rosenbaum, Gustin did reveal that he is in conversations with The CW about renegotiating his contract.

“The conversations actually had started already for adding a potential eighth and ninth [season], but then this pandemic happened, and everything has stopped,” the actor explained whilst on Michael Rosenbaum’s podcast.

Hopefully, he’ll be able to negotiate a new contract with The CW so that he can star in future seasons of The Flash.

“We don’t know when we’re back, and I don’t know when we’re going to continue the renegotiation talks,” he revealed.

It did sound as if Gustin really wants to star in future seasons of the show, which is good news.

It would be pretty bad if The Flash continued without Barry Allen.
