The Batman’s Robert Pattinson Says Batman’s Not A Superhero, And He’s Right

The Batman is coming out on June 25th, 2021 and I’m pretty confident saying that Batman fans the world over are excited to see this film which will star Robert Pattinson as The Dark Knight.

Pattinson is perfect casting as Batman and he’s been chatting about the DC Comics hero he’s going to play in Matt Reeves’ The Batman.

I say ‘hero’ because Pattinson has recently revealed he doesn’t see Batman as a ‘superhero’.

Pattinson was talking to Today about his upcoming Batman movie, and that was when he revealed that he didn’t think Batman was a superhero.

Pattinson says Batman isn’t a superhero, and he’s right

Here’s what Pattinson had to say about Batman during his interview with Today:

Batman’s not a superhero. It doesn’t count. You need to have, like, magical powers to be a superhero.

Of course, I believe that Pattinson is spot on here. Batman isn’t a superhero because he doesn’t have any superpowers.

That’s what makes him so interesting. He’s just a man and he wants to fight crime. I mean, he does use his vast sums of money to help him out.

Without the money, he’d have now fancy gadgets and gizmos.

But, what he does have is determination and grit and he’s also a very skilled martial artist, so he can do pretty well in a fight.

This is what makes Batman so compelling and why people love the character so much and why he’s endured over the years.
