Matt Reeves Shares An Update On The Batman’s Production

The Batman’s writer and director, Matt Reeves, has shared an update on the current situation of his upcoming DC Comics movie.

Production on the DC Comics and Warner Bros. Pictures movie was put on hold a few weeks back to the Coronavirus pandemic.

It’s been on hold ever since and it doesn’t look like it’s going to be back filming any time soon.

Matt Reeves took to Twitter to update fans on what’s going on with the movie.

Here’s what he had to say on the matter:

Yes, we have shut down till it is safe for us all to resume… Everyone safe for the moment, thank you for asking, and stay safe too…

This does seem to be the case with most movies and TV shows which were all filming before the outbreak.

The Coronavirus has put a stop to everything going on in Hollywood.

It’s also put a stop to practically everything else, which really isn’t good for business.

The Batman’s production is still shut down

That’s one of the main reasons why we’ve seen so many recent movies get released on-demand.

It’s movie studios trying to make as much money back as possible.

It does sound like this pandemic will mean that movies like The Batman will have to be delayed.

Honestly, I’m fine with that. It’s better to be safe and take your time, rather than rush something.

This movie needs to be as good as it possibly can do, and we’ll all just have to be patient.
