Star Wars Characters Get Remixed Into Singing Hanson’s MMMBop And It’s Hilarious

Check out this mashup of Star Wars characters getting to sing Hanson’s classic song, MMMBop. It’s perfect and hilarious.

There’s something very special about Hanson’s song MMMBop. No matter how bad I know it is, whenever I hear it play I always end up stopping to listen and then end up humming the tune for the rest of the day. It’s a real earworm and will probably live forever. Yet it had never crossed my mind to do a mashup of Star Wars characters and the song and now Hanson’s track will be entrenched into my brain for the rest of this year and possibly well into 2018.

I’m not quite sure about those folks at The Tonight Show managed to do this. It must have taken hours of meticulously combing through each Star Wars movie in order to get the correct sound, but in the end, it was certainly worth it. It serves as a pretty good starter for the main course, which will be Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

Rian Johnson’s The Last Jedi is easily the most highly anticipated movie of the year and it’s already getting very good reviews. People are already calling it the best Star Wars movie yet and now I’m just very jealous of the ones who got to see the film before me. I cannot wait to be sitting in the cinema waiting for Star Wars to burst onto the screen in big bold yellow letters and that iconic music to start playing. I’m getting shivers just thinking about it.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi will be in UK cinemas on December 14th, but there are some screenings that are taking place on the 13th. Have you got your tickets yet?
