Spider-Man And Fantastic Four Team Up Movie In The Works

Spider-Man looks like he’s going to become the main focal point for the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), and he could end up introducing audiences to Marvel’s take on the Fantastic Four.

The Fantastic Four are now back at Marvel after Disney acquired 20th Century Fox, which means that the likes of the Fantastic Four and the X-Men have come back to their original home.

The Fantastic Four films have not been good, and Marvel Studios will be hoping to be able to crack the original Marvel family and make the first genuinely good movie involving Mister Fantastic and his team.

According to We Got This Covered’s sources, we could be about to see Spider-Man help bring the Fantastic Four in the MCU.

The source claims that Spider-Man will appear as a cameo in the first Fantastic Four movie.

It’s also been revealed that Reed Richards could end up taking Tony Stark’s place as Peter Parker’s science mentor, which would make sense.

That said, Professor Hulk is still around and pretty darn smart, so maybe Spider-Man and this new version of the Hulk might end up getting along.

There was a moment when it looked pretty bleak for Spider-Man’s future in the MCU as it was being reported by many media outlets that Disney and Sony Pictures couldn’t agree on a new contract for the wall-crawling superhero.

They eventually managed to come to an agreement, much to Spider-Man fans’ delight, and Tom Holland’s Peter Parker will get to appear in another Spider-Man movie and one more Marvel movie beyond that.

It does sound like Sony Pictures have big plans for Tom Holland’s Spider-Man after there were reports that they want to bring him into Venom’s movies.

It’s not known yet exactly how he’ll factor in these movies, but I would guess that it would be in some sort of cameo.
