Social Media Is Now Linking Wayfair And Ghislaine Maxwell To Sex Trafficking

This is a very strange one, but it looks like people on social media have now allegedly linked the interior design company, Wayfair to Ghislaine Maxwell and child sex trafficking.

So, Maxwell was arrested a few days ago, and there’s now a new and pretty wild conspiracy theory popping online that’s allegedly linking Wayfair to child sex trafficking.

If you’re scratching your head thinking, “Really? How is the really expensive interior design company linked to sex trafficking and Ghislaine Maxwell?”, just hold onto your hats. The links are pretty wild.

So, first off, it’s a pretty well-known fact that Wayfair is rather expensive.

Their furniture isn’t cheap, but there are some pieces on their site which pretty extortionate, even for Wayfair.

If you went onto their site before all this blew up, you could buy things such as a “Caitlynne Modular Sectional” for over $26K.

What is a “Caitlynne Modular Sectional”, you ask?

Well, I don’t know, but it’s very expensive and the picture shown is a picture of a kid eating an ice lolly.

There are other very expensive listings on Wayfair’s website for things like storage units supposedly worth over $14K which all seem to have been given people’s names.

Is it possible Wayfair involved in Human trafficking with their WFX Utility collection? Or are these just extremely overpriced cabinets? (Note the names of the cabinets) this makes me sick to my stomach if it’s true 🙁 from conspiracy

Maybe this is just Wayfair’s stuff being really expensive?

Also, rather than going down Ikea’s naming route, they opted to name their wardrobes after people?

Perhaps, yet people on the internet aren’t convinced and believe that it’s Wayfair allegedly selling chilling via their website.

I told you this was really out there. It’s just such a wild conspiracy theory.

That said, people are really running with it online.

One of the reasons why people might be convinced that this Wayfair conspiracy theory is true is due to the fact that Bill Hutcherson was pictured with Ghislaine Maxwell.

Who is Hutcherson? He’s the president of operations at Wayfair.

The picture was taken way back in 2003, and that was before Jeffrey Epstein had been charged with child sex trafficking.

Wayfair has denied all these claims

Of course, Wayfair has denied all these claims.

When Mashable reached the company for comment, Wayfair revealed they had removed the cabinets from their site in order to quash the online rumours.

“There is, of course, no truth to these claims,” a representative wrote to Mashable in a statement.

“The products in question are industrial grade cabinets that are accurately priced. Recognizing that the photos and descriptions provided by the supplier did not adequately explain the high price point, we have temporarily removed the products from site to rename them and to provide a more in-depth description and photos that accurately depict the product to clarify the price point.”

It does seem like a stretch to link Wayfair to child sex trafficking, however, people online are convinced.
