Skyfall And Spectre Director Sam Mendes Opens Up On No Time To Die’s Trailer

No Time To Die’s trailer landed yesterday, and there were a lot of people on the Internet that loved the trailer, and it sounds like Sam Mendes loved it too.

Sam Mendes directed both Skyfall and Spectre, and he was recently asked to comment on the new trailer for the upcoming James Bond movie, No Time To Die, and he said that he loved it.

He actually said: “I thought it was great!” and he seemed very much upbeat about it.

The British director was asked about it during a recent press conference for his next movie, 1917.

This was shared via George Simpson’s (who’s an Entertainment Reporter at The Daily Express) Twitter account.

It’s no wonder that he loved it, because it is a very good trailer and No Time To Die has quickly become a lot of people’s most anticipated film of 2020.

Sounds like Sam Mendes is a fan of No Time To Die’s trailer

However, I did write an article about how I’m a bit worried about this upcoming Bond movie.

I feel that the trailer makes the movie look like a rather formulaic Bond film, which I was hoping might not be the case, especially with the addition of Phoebe Waller-Bridge who was brought to re-write parts of the script.

Anyway, they do say not to judge a book by its cover, and that’s what I’m going to do here because I love Bond and I love Daniel Craig’s version of the British Secret Agent.

No Time To Die will be Craig’s last time playing James Bond and hopefully, he’ll be going out with a massive bang.
