Mark Hamill Issues Warning To Potential Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker Haters

In true Mark Hamill fashion, the Luke Skywalker actor has told people who didn’t enjoy Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker to keep their opinions to themselves, which is a pretty stern warning.

The last few Star Wars movies haven’t been universally loved by Star Wars fans and they’ve been very vocal about their dislike of these movies.

I think the film that suffered from this the most has been Rian Johnson’s Star Wars: The Last Jedi which got a lot of hate.

That said, Mark Hamill didn’t help matters by adding fuel to the fire whenever he seemed to open his mouth about the movie.

However, this time around he issued a warning to people who might not love Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker.

The Luke Skywalker actor warned Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker haters to keep their opinions to themselves.

During an interview of the red carpet, Hamill was asked to send a message to the Star Wars fans out there, and his message ended up being more of a warning.

I hope they enjoy it, and if they don’t… just keep it to yourself.

That sounds rather menacing coming from the lips of Luke Skywalker himself, but by all accounts, it looks like Star Wars fans will be delighted with J.J. Abrams final Star Wars movie.

For instance, I just off the phone with my brother – a huge Star Wars fan might I add – and he got to watch the movie in France (it came out today over there), and he said he loved the film.

So, it sounds like people are really going to enjoy this one, but there are always people who love to be contrary and I’m sure they’ll try to make their voices heard.

Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker hits cinemas in the UK tomorrow. I can’t believe it’s so close.
