Lucifer’s Tom Ellis Has Finalised His Deal To Star In Season 6

It’s been revealed that Lucifer star has finally finalised his deal to return as the show’s lead in Season 6 which is fantastic news for us Lucifer fans.

We’ve been waiting for this to happen for what seems like an eternity.

However, according to TV Line Lucifer star Tom Ellis has finally renewed his contract which means he’s free to star in Season 6.

It remains to be seen whether Netflix will be able to renew the show for another season.

Netflix is talking to Warner Bros. Television to try and get Season 6 greenlit.

Many fans might be confused by this fact, after all, Netflix supposedly purchased the show when it was cancelled by FOX.

However, Warner Bros. Television is still involved in what happens with the show.

As for Season 6, co-showrunners Ildy Modrovich and Joe Henderson inked new deals.

Meanwhile, the majority of Ellis’ Lucifer co-stars have existing deals that carry them through Season 6.

This basically all but confirms that Season 6 will happen at Netflix.

This is getting many Lucifer fans – myself included – very excited to see what happens next.

It might be rather strange because we were all lead to believe that Season 5 as going to be show’s last.

However, I’m sure the show’s writers will be able to sort something out for a Season 6.
