Lucifer Season 5 Star Teases Danger On Earth Which Only The Devil Can Stop

Lucifer Season 5 is fast-approaching (hopefully) and fans are desperate to know more about what’s going to happen to Lucifer (played by Tom Ellis) and Chloe Decker (Lauren German) in the upcoming and final season of the show.

The previous season ended on a huge cliffhanger with Lucifer being forced to go back to Hell after there was a bit of trouble with Hell’s demons staging a coup.

So, that wasn’t very good, but now, D.B. Woodside, who plays Amenadiel in the show, has teased to Lucifer will be forced to return to Earth when danger that only he can stop presents itself in the mortal realm.

Here’s what Woodside told EW about the upcoming season of Lucifer:

There’s something going on, on Earth that Amenadiel is not able to handle by himself. There has to be something very, very bad happening on Earth for Amenadiel to go down to Hell. There has to be an extremely strong, perhaps an otherworldly reason for him to visit Hell.

Naturally, many Lucifer fans – myself included – will be wondering what this danger might be exactly.

Will Lucifer be forced to come back to Earth to save Chloe’s life in Season 5?

Could Woodside be referring to another demon coup? Will Chloe’s life be in danger? Could one of those pesky demons come up with the idea of going to Earth to kill Lucifer’s one and only love?

All of these could be possibilities and my bet would be that it will have something to do with Chloe’s life being in danger.

It just sounds like that would be the only thing that would force Lucifer to leave Hell since he was adamant that going back was the only way he could protect the people he loved on Earth.
