Lucifer Season 5’s Ending Will ‘Rip Out Our Hearts’ Says Ella Lopez Star

Lucifer Season 5’s ending will be a difficult watch for all us members of the LuciferFam because it’ll be the very end of the show, and it’s something we’ve all felt very passionately about since it was first aired on FOX back in 2016.

It’s been a tough old slog at some points, especially when it looked like the show was going to be cancelled for good, but Netflix came to the rescue and we’ve since got two more seasons of Lucifer, which is something to be thankful for.

Now, we’re hearing news that Lucifer Season 5’s ending will be a really tough watch, and this comes from one of the cast members of the show itself, Aimme Garcia, who plays Ella Lopez on the show.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly (via The Daily Express), Aimme Garcia revealed she “may have gotten a little bit emotional” at the season finale plot.

She continued: “The first thing I did was touch my heart.

“I’m sure there will be a lot of Kleenexes especially because anyone who is a hopeless romantic out there,

“We have a Beauty and the Beast love story going on and ultimately it’s about love.”

Aimee then warned Lucifer fans that we are, “are gonna cry your little eyes out! And we’re gonna rip out your hearts! But we’re gonna make you laugh and it’ll be fun.”

I’m not too sure about the “rip out your hearts” bit. That sounds a bit extreme, but it does sound like Lucifer’s very finale episode will be a moment of television history.

This show came back from the dead and quickly became one of the most popular shows on Netflix.

It’s a real marvel of a TV show, and I’m going to be honest, one which I wasn’t prepared to end up loving as much as I do.

I started watching Lucifer as a bit of a joke, but then I ended up falling in love with it and its characters, and I, like many of you, am sad it’s coming to an end.

But, as the say goes, all good things must come to an end, and 5 seasons is a good long run, and it was brilliant.
