Lucifer Season 5’s Tearful Ending Teased By Aimee Garcia

Lucifer Season 5 isn’t too far away from being released (I really hope so at least) and we’re starting to get some interesting information about the show’s final season.

We already know that it’ll probably be an emotional conclusion to the show, which is what we all want, really, but how emotional exactly.

Will we cry happy or sad tears. I can’t answer that question, but one of the Netflix show’s stars, Aimee Garcia, was talking to Entertainment Tonight (via The Daily Express) about the final season, and she revealed that it will be an emotional watch.

Garcia revealed the ending would be “bittersweet” and went on to add: “Anyone who follows us on social media knows how close we are, we’re a family.”

Garcia referred to the show as an “underdog story” after it had been cancelled by Fox and then picked up by Netflix.

She then added: “Now we’re the number one show in the world!

“And even though our show is ironically about the devil, it’s really about love. And if the devil can be forgiven then anyone can be forgiven.

“If the devil’s got daddy issues, or family issues, it’s a universal concept. But we have on season left and it’s going to be our best yet.”

Garcia was then asked whether she knew how the show would end, and she started to laugh nervously yet she revealed that she does know how it’ll all end.

“I do, I do know how it ends, and I will be totally honest: When they told me how it ends I may have gotten a little bit emotional, and the first thing I did was touch my heart.”

She then revealed that audiences will react in much the same way as she did to the show’s conclusion: “So, I think you guys are going to hopefully have the same response.

“I’m sure there will be a lot of kleenexes – especially anyone who’s a hopeless romantic out there.

“We have a Beauty and the Beast love story going on. You’re going to cry your eyes out, and we’re going to rip out your heart. But we’re going to go out with a bang!”
