Could Lucifer Season 5 See The Devil Return To Earth After Trixie Is Put In Danger?

Lucifer Season 5 shouldn’t be too far away from being released now on Netflix, and there are tons of rumours online about what could happen in the final season of the show.

One of those rumours has to do with how Lucifer will be persuaded to return to Earth in Season 5, and it sounds like he might end up being forced to come back after a certain someone is put in grave danger.

No, not Chloe Decker (played by Lauren German). The rumour, which was posted on Reddit, suggests that Lucifer might return to help save her daughter, Trixie from terrible danger.

It’s no secret that Lucifer doesn’t seem to like children that much, but he does seem to have an affection for Chloe’s daughter, who seems to see Lucifer as another father figure in her life.

He’s known her for quite some time and it’s safe to say that he would act if her life were put into direct danger.

With this in mind, Reddit user BettyPurple recently posed the question: “What if the reason Lucifer comes back to Earth is cause something happens to Trixie?”

Could Trixie be the reason Lucifer returns to Earth in Season 5?

This sparked an interesting debate on Reddit about the subject, and another viewer pointed out: “I do like the interactions between Trixie and Lucifer.

“They are very good together and another reason to watch the show. I think all of the characters work really well together.

“The friendships of the cast bleeds through into the characters, it just works.”

I think it would be a good enough reason to make Lucifer return to Earth, and would be better than him having to come back in order to save his first love, Chloe.

However, I’m not sure what sort of danger Trixie might end up in. That would be up to the show’s writers, I suppose.
