Lucifer And Brooklyn Nine-Nine Stars Confirmed For Marvel’s M.O.D.O.K. Animated TV Show

The M.O.D.O.K. animated series is coming to Hulu and it’s been revealed that Lucifer and Brooklyn Nine-Nine stars have been cast in the TV show.

The Marvel TV show will be airing on Hulu and it was announced that Patton Oswalt, who has appeared in the Marvel TV show Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., would voice the classic super-villain M.O.D.O.K.

The name stands for Mobile Organism Designed Only for Killing, and the series will be one of four new animated shows being developed for Hulu.

The animated M.O.D.O.K. TV show will see the villain be demoted within his own villainous group AIM, after he is forced to sell the organisation following some very embarrassing failures against some of Marve’s best superheroes.

M.O.D.O.K. is also feeling more and more alone at home when his wife starts to experience her own success as a popular mom blogger and lifestyle influencer.

Patton Oswalt’s M.O.D.O.K. will be forced to team up with his nemesis, AIM’s mad scientist Monica Rappaccini (who’ll be voiced by Wendi McLendon-Covey), his moody droid Super Adaptoid (Big Mouth’s Jon Daly) and his loyal beekeeper Gary (Veep’s Sam Richardson) to regain control of AIM.

It’s been revealed that the M.O.D.O.K. animated series will feature Lucifer star Aimee Garcia as M.O.D.O.K.’s wife, Jodie, and Brooklyn Nine-Nine’s Melissa Fumero will be voicing one of their children, Melissa.

She’ll be joined by Parks and Recreation’s Ben Schwartz who’ll be voicing their other child, Lou.

M.O.D.O.K. will have to try and get rid of Austin Van Der Sleet (Saturday Night Live’s Beck Bennett), who’s the representative of AIM’s new corporate owners GRUMBL.

“I’m blown away by our insanely talented and hilarious voice cast, who have all brought their specific kind of magic to this weird and wonderful corner of the Marvel Universe,” executive producer and showrunner Jordan Blum (Community) said.
