Justice League Is Hilariously Torn To Pieces In The New Honest Trailers

Honest Trailers are at it again. This time they’ve taken on Zack Snyder’s Joss Whedon’s Justice League Part One… of one. Check out it here.

Honest Trailers must have been inundated with requests to take on Zack Snyder’s Justice League. On paper, this should have been the blockbuster to squash all other blockbusters, but it turned out to be a bit of a mess and very underwhelming. It was marred from the beginning by a series of poor movies (barring Wonder Woman, of course), and then there was the change of directors. Snyder had to leave the project due to a family grievance and Joss Whedon came on-board to see the project home or retcon the whole thing.

You couldn’t get two more different directors in Hollywood. Zack Snyder is known for his dark and gloomy movies and Whedon’s films tend to be a bit more upbeat and quippy. That said, that didn’t turn out to be Justice League’s problem. The film’s plot was just all over the place, the villain was boring CGI and the whole thing felt dated. I know this sounds like DC bashing, but it showed how far they are behind Marvel. This disparity is becoming even more evident after Black Panther which I believe to be even more feminist and forward-thinking than Wonder Woman. But that’s a conversation for another article.

Anyway, Honest Trailers has torn Justice League apart much more efficiently than I could ever do in this article. So, I would suggest you just watch the video and enjoy. And if you were a fan of the new Justice League movie, then that’s great. Movies should spark these sorts of debates.
