Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom’s First Official Trailer Has Arrived

The very first official trailer for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom has arrived and boasts more dinosaurs than ever before.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom promises to be a dinosaur-filled blockbuster extravaganza featuring the like of Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard and Jeff Goldblum who’s returning to the franchise as Dr. Ian Malcolm. Colin Trevorrow’s Jurassic World successfully managed to bring the franchise back into cinemas and back into the hearts and minds of the movie audiences across the globe. 2018 will mark the next instalment in the dino-centric film series.

This film is being helmed by Spanish director J. A. Bayona, whose previous work includes The Orphanage, The Impossible and most recently, A Monster Calls. He hasn’t made a single bad movie and it doesn’t look like he’s going to start now. Before the trailer was released, we did get a see some Jurassic-action in a small featurette in which the director expressed his love of Alfred Hitchcock movies which served as a source of inspiration for this movie. All sounds very promising to me.

Chris Pratt’s now got two successful franchises on the go, appearing as Star-Lord in both the Guardians of the Galaxy movies and the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War and also playing Owen Grady in the Jurassic World movies. His star is most definitely on the rise. Let’s just hope that this second instalment in this newly revamped Jurassic Park saga doesn’t fall flat on its face. If the trailer’s anything to go by, it’ll be another treat of a movie, full of suspense, running, hiding and yes, dinosaurs.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom will be in UK cinemas on June 8th, 2018. Are you ready for it?
