Could Deadpool Get To Wear His X-Force Costume In Deadpool 2?

Ryan Reynolds shared an image on his Instagram feed that could point towards Deadpool getting to wear his X-Force costume in Deadpool 2.

It looks like Ryan Reynold may have accidentally given fans a sneak peek at Wade Wilson’s X-Force costume which could be turning up in Deadpool 2. We already know that an X-Force movie is in the works and will feature both Reynolds’ Deadpool and Josh Brolin’s Cable. It seems as if Wilson could very well be donning his white X-Force costume in the upcoming Deadpool 2, perhaps as a teaser for the X-Force movie. Maybe we’ll get to see him wear the grey suit in a post-credits scene. Check out the set photo (via ComicBook.com) below which was originally shared on Reynolds’ Instagram feed and has since been deleted (coincidence… I think not).

Could Deadpool Get To Wear His X-Force Costume In Deadpool 2?

What are those grey-looking Deadpool costumes in the back? Could they be Deadpool’s X-Force costume…?

If you have a look inside the red circle you’ll spot that some of the costumes are not the same as the others. The other ones all have red arms, whereas the two in question look to be grey. But when does Deadpool wear a grey costume? I’ll answer that question for you: when he’s part of the X-Force. It will be interesting to see Deadpool wear a suit that’s not red since he did wear a white hoody for a bit during the first movie but decided to make his costume red so that the blood wasn’t visible when he was inevitably shot, stabbed or whatever else will make a guy bleed during battle.

Deadpool was a huge hit across the globe and started a 20th Century Fox’s new trend of greenlighting more R-rated and violent comic book movies. We’ve seen since the wonderful Logan and will be getting to see a comic book movie take on the horror genre in The New Mutants. Deadpool 2 will undoubtedly be as violent, bloody and full of swears as the first movie was. They’ll probably rack it up a bit. It’ll also star Josh Brolin, who’ll be taking on the role of Cable and he has really beefed up for the role. I’m pretty sure they’ll be some joke about him playing both Cable and Thanos, who are both Marvel properties.

Zazie Beetz will be playing Domino and she’ll be joined by Eddie Marsan who’s been cast in an undisclosed role. Morena Baccarin and Brianna Hildebrand will be returning as Vanessa and Negasonic Teenage Warhead respectively, and T.J. Miller is rumoured to be returning as Weasel, although he’s been in a bit of hot water of late.

Deadpool 2 is being helmed by John Wick, John Wick: Chapter 2 and Atomic Blonde director, David Leitch, who replaced Tim Miller after he left the project due to creative differences. The film is scheduled to be released in UK cinemas on June 1st, 2018.
