Why Ash Gaming Has So Much To Offer Fans Of British TV

Take a look online and you’ll find that there are literally thousands of different slots games available from a number of different developers.

They’ve left no stone unturned in their search for different themes to attract to different demographics of player.

From lucky leprechauns to the buried treasures of ancient Egypt, and everything in between, you’ll be spoilt for choice when searching for a theme that appeals.

But within the mega-companies producing these games, there are also smaller, more niche, operators which an even more focused approach to games creation.

One of the most notable of these is Ash Gaming whose games you will find popping up on many of the biggest casino sites – for a guide to where you might find them just visit https://www.bestcasinosites.net/software/ash-gaming/.

The company was originally set up by the eponymous Chris Ash in 2000.

He and his team set about creating high-quality games and their philosophy from the outset has always been one of quality rather than quantity.

This dedication to creating great games soon attracted the attention of big names in the business and in 2011 Ash Gaming was acquired by the giant Playtech company.

Although now owned by them, Ash continues to operate as a virtual independent which currently has around 100 different slots in its repertoire.

Where Ash Games has really cornered the market has been in their TV and movie tie-ins.

Unlike some slots which have only a passing resemblance to the shows and movies whose themes they share, Ash Gaming go the extra mile to not just include clips from the shows themselves but also to follow the style too.

A prime example of this comes with their Little Britain game.

The series first hit our screens back in 2003 and, although today it might be a little out of step with our times, it was what first brought Matt Lucas and David Walliams to the nation’s attention, as well as re-introducing many people’s favourite Doctor Who of all time, the distinctively-voiced Tom Baker.

All three feature in the game with witty voiceovers and directions to players.

There are also mini-games featuring characters from the series including Marjorie Dawes, Daffyd and, of course, Vicky Pollard.

The result is a game that very effectively captures the cheeky humour of the original in a very engaging way.

There’s a link to David Walliams in another of Ash Gaming’s big successes, Britain’s Got Talent. While it was the brainchild of the famous pop impresario Simon Cowell, Walliams has proven to be one of the most popular judges on the show, along with Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon.

It’s hard to believe, but the series first began in 2007 with the singer Paul Potts carrying off first prize.

Other winners who have gone on to wider fame include the dance group Diversity and the comedian Lost Voice Guy.

It’s also a popular misconception that Susan Boyle won, but she was the runner-up to Diversity, despite having won over the nation’s hearts with her amazing voice.

Within the game itself, there are snatches of action from the TV show as well as an exciting Live Show Bonus round.

In this, the player spins a wheel to pick a category of music, dance or novelty – remember Ashley and Pudsey? – and then has to compete in a series of rounds leading up to the final.

There’s also a kind of clapometer which dictates the size of the prize awarded.

All in all, it’s a very novel way to make a slots game even more engaging experience.

Just as Little Britain made great comic waves when it arrived on TV, back in 1969 a bunch of comedians rewrote the rule book when Monty Python’s Flying Circus was first aired.

It instantly achieved cult status although, it’s fair to say that, BBC bosses were probably very surprised that it took off.

Although there were only ever four series of the show that ran between 1969 and 1974, the group went on to make several movies and it’s two of these that Ash Gaming has focused on.

The first, Monty Python’s Spamalot, is influenced by the musical version of their Holy Grail film and includes lots of favourite scenes and characters from this comic look at medieval Britain.

But where they’ve really gone to town has been in their version of the controversial biblical epic, The Life of Brian.

Anyone who plays the video slot can’t help but be impressed by the lengths that the team behind it have gone to capture the hilarious and anarchic nature of the film.

Characters on the reels come to life with some of the most famous lines like “He’s not the messiah, he’s just a very naughty boy” and there are in-game episodes including a Latin spelling and grammar lesson from John Cleese.

All in all, this game more than encapsulates the genius of Ash Gaming which, we hope, you can discover for yourself very soon.
