Toy Story 4’s New Trailer Has Arrived And It Shows Woody In Action

Toy Story 4’s new trailer has just arrived and it shows Woody, Buzz and the rest of the gang in action as they go in search for their latest addition, Forky.

Toy Story is arguably one of the best trilogies of all time, yet the people at Pixar decided for some reason to make a fourth one, much to the chagrin of Toy Story fans all over the world.

Toy Story 4’s first trailer didn’t fill me with excitement. It seemed very much like a mashup of the last three films. Toy goes missing. Woody goes off to find this toy.

And to be honest, none of the trailers after that have made me change my mind on the plot. That said, if there’s anybody who could do a follow up to the incredible Toy Story 3, it’s the fine folks at Pixar. They’re just very clever that way.

The latest trailer does show off the film’s funnier side, and it does look like this one is going to have a lot more jokes in it. But, the question is, will it have the heart of the previous films? I certainly hope so.

The voice cast is all back for this fourth Toy Story movie. That includes Tom Hanks, Tim Allen and Annie Potts.

However, the film’s also added a whole new bunch of actors to its already impressive cast. The likes of  Tony Hale, Keegan-Michael Key, Jordan Peele, Keanu Reeves, and Christina Hendricks are all joining the Toy Story 4 cast, which is great.

I’m especially looking forward to hearing Kay and Peele in a Toy Story movie, and if the trailers are anything to go by, they might be scene stealers.

Meanwhile, you can watch the trailers for Once Upon A Time In Hollywood and Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw right here.

Toy Story 4 is currently scheduled for a June 21st, 2019, release date here in the UK and in the USA.
