Batwoman: Ruby Rose Stars As Kate Kane In The CW’s First Look Trailer

BATWOMAN’S very first trailer has landed and it gives fans another glimpse of Ruby Rose as Kate Kane, a.k.a. Batwoman.

With The CW bringing an end to Arrow, which is the show that started it all for the network’s DC Comics superhero TV series, many fans were wondering what the future of these shows will be.

There was speculation that they could end up wrapping them all up, since it looks like The Flash and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow might be coming to an end.

However, they then announced that Batwoman was on its way, and it looks all set to take the superhero TV show world by storm.

The show will star Ruby Rose (Orange Is The New Black, John Wick: Chapter 2) as Kate Kane, who’s Bruce Wayne’s cousin, and she ends up becoming Batwoman when Bruce ends up going missing in rather mysterious circumstances.

This new trailer shows the beginnings of Kate as Batwoman, and she looks darn cool beating up them bad guys.

Fans were first introduced to the character in the recent Flarrowverse crossover which saw The Flash, Arrow and Supergirl travel to Gotham City.

She was pretty cool then, and the character definitely deserves a whole show.

Batwoman will also star Dougray Scott as Kate’s father, Jacob Kane, who’s in private security, as well as Meagan Tandy who’s playing his very best officer (and Kate’s love interest), Sophie Moore.
